This stunning 18th century palace in the heart of Florence boasts frescos on the ceilings, high-quality comfort and professional staff. The hotel is ideally located between Santa Croce Basilica and the Duomo. Its unique atmosphere has remained intact over the centuries, with tradition and modernity living side by side. The recent restoration work was realized with full respect to the original architectural elements of the building, recovering the precious fabric, the period furniture and the original frescos dating back to the 1700s.
The hotel’s restaurant offers a range of simple, tasty dishes, made from genuine seasonal ingredients in a refined and tranquil atmosphere. Fresh produce is bought daily from the historic Sant Ambrogio Market, from the many varieties of vegetables in the Tuscan kitchen to the esteemed meat from Chianina cows, necessary for the famous Fiorentina steak.
